Mr. Katz obtained a B.S. Degree in chemistry from Bucknell University in 1948, and took graduate studies in polymer science at Brooklyn Polytechnic Institute from 1950-1953.
From 1959-1962 he was a Materials Engineer at Reaction Motors Division of Thiokol Corp. Responsibilities included the development of plastics, composites, adhesives and coatings for use in aerospace engines. This work resulted in patents for inventions used in Mercury, Gemini and Apollo space programs. From 1962-1966, he was a Project Engineer at Curtiss-Wright Aeronautical Division, performing research and development of plastics, composites, adhesives and coatings for use in advanced rocket and aircraft engines.
From 1966 to the present he has been President of Utility Development Corporation. Mr. Katz has been awarded 12 U.S. patents for plastic and composite products.
Dr. Radha Agarwal

Dr. Agarwal received a Ph.D. degree in polymer chemistry from Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India in 1985. She was a Post Doctoral Fellow at Stevens Institute of Technology, September 1986-July 1987.
Dr. Agarwal has been employed by UDC for over 15 years, where she initially functioned as Research Chemist, and currently serves as both Vice-President and Research Director. In her capacity, she has been directly involved with numerous R&D programs sponsored by the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy, NASA, EPS, as well as by many private companies. Programs supported were in the fields of polymer coatings, composites, adhesives and castings.
